COVID-19 SYMPTOM TRACKER

Check in daily to report your health status and symptoms—even if you are feeling healthy

To get started,
tell us how you feel today:

2000 people have shared their symptoms.

Share with your friends so they can share their symptoms.

The coronavirus pandemic is threatening lives across our nation and around the world. But how much could it be threatening you? Use this map to see if people in your area could be infected with COVID-19. And don’t forget to update us every day with your symptoms so we can continue to track hot spots.

Map it. Zap it.

How Does It Work?

""

Share Your Health Status.

Report your health status and symptoms—even if you are feeling healthy. Also share any additional medical conditions you have. This information helps us understand how coronavirus is spreading.

""

Locate Hot Spots.

The symptom tracker provides up-to-date information that tracks the progression of symptoms in communities in real time. The interactive map shows hot spots that indicate a rise in symptoms.

""

Flatten the Curve.

Come back tomorrow. And the next day. And the day after that to share your health status. We ask for your phone number in the survey to send you a reminder to check in if we haven’t heard from you in a few days.

Flatten the Curve

What does this mean, exactly? Basically, if hospitals have too many cases in a short period of time, they’ll be overloaded. But if we can all do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19, that same number of cases spread out over a longer period of time will be much easier to handle.
